Farm Spa

Embracing the soothing atmosphere of a flourishing organic farm, Flora's Farm Spa is nestled amongst papaya and banana trees, and the herbs and flowers of the spa garden. The path to the Farm Spa leads through rows of seasonal produce and flowers, where one can hear birds singing, bees buzzing, or catch a glimpse of one of the farm dogs napping in the sun. Farm Spa services emphasize the healing and restorative properties of nature, using aromatherapy and Flora's own organic flowers and herbs. Farm Spa classes include meditation, yoga, Pilates, and more, all of which take place in our intimate fitness studio. The Farm Spa offer regular workshops too, that focus on whole-body wellness, where we teach and practice meditation, breathing, nutrition, stretching, aromatherapy, and more.
